Legal Education; Private Equity & Hedge Funds: New blogs joining the LexBlog Network
Another busy week winds down here in Seattle. Before we go into our weekend, let’s take a second to look at the new blogs joining LXBN this week:
- Firstly we have the Innovative Law Student blog edited by Miguel Willis at Seattle University. A second year law student, Willis actually got in touch with Kevin over social media and hopes to use the blog to cover all aspects of innovations in the legal industry and legal education. Willis says the blog will be a group forum for anyone from the ISL team (and beyond) to contribute, so keep an eye on it if you’re looking for some good up-and-coming lawyers.
- We’ve also got The Capital Commitment, the latest blog from Proskauer, hitting the LexBlog Network. The blog will focus on private equity litigation, with special attention to disputes and regulatory matters that are unique to private investment funds, including private equity, venture capital, hedge, and real estate funds, as well as other alternative investment vehicles, and promises to be just as worthwhile a read as the other blogs across the firm’s network.
