Construction, Employer Class Action, Trade Secrets, Taxes, Data: New Blogs Joining the LexBlog Network

February 12, 2016

Another big week for launches on the LexBlog Network. We’ve got five blogs going live this week all from very smart firms. Let’s get to it.

  • First up we’ve got another Bradley Arant Boult Cummings blog joining the network with BuildSmart, a blog that’ll no doubt provide valuable insight to design, construction and procurement matters. As we noted in last week’s LXBN Leaders, this brings Bradley’s total blog count to four!
  • The first of our Venable blogs joining the network this week comes is the Class Action Perspectives for Employers. As Colin has always said, some of the best law blogs come out of combining two interesting niches, and this one should prove to be no exception.
  • Up next we have Venable‘s second blog launch this week, Trade Secrets & Transitions; yet another fascinating melding of legal pockets. This week alone they’ve got a post up about trade secret sanctions and Watergate, so be sure to check out what’s next.
  • Everyone knows that privacy and data law is a hot topic these days, so don’t forget to add Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati‘s new WSGR Data Advisor to your reading list. Their blog will have all the latest news and updates on the critical issues that matter most to businesses around privacy and data protection.
  • Be sure to read Davis Polk‘s new blog Briefing: Governance, tackling the latest developments in the areas of interest to public companies and boards of directors. With the promise to cover everything from board practices to regulatory matters, Briefing: Governance promises to be an invaluable resource.
  • And lastly we have Proskauer’s Tax Talks joining the network! This is from a firm that’s already found a lot of success with their 15 other blogs, and Tax Talks will be no exception. I can’t wait to see what they do with it.
