Family Business, Insurance, Restructuring, Food & Beverage: New Blogs Joining the LexBlog Network
January 15, 2016
Who doesn’t want to start the new year off right? 2016 has some certainly has some momentum—so let’s have a look at the publications that have joined the LexBlog Network recently.
- I say it every time, because every time it’s true—while we work with law firms all over the world, it’s fun to work with someone right down the street, as we did on Garvey Schubert Barer‘s Family Business Bulletin. The blog boasts a very deep team of authors, all who understand and aim to illustrate the intersection between law and the unique challenges of running a family business.
- Hunton & Williams‘ blog network continues to grow as the Hunton Insurance Recovery & Reinsurance Blog makes it five blogs for the Am Law 100 firm. Intended to be a resource for commercial policyholders, the blog covers a number of subjects, from bad faith to arbitration to conflict of interest to cyberinsurance.
- Speaking of growing blog networks, McCarthy Tetrault‘s is expanding as well with the addition of their Restructuring Roundup blog. The publication aims to provide perspectives and analysis on Canadian bankruptcy and insolvency law.
- While I enjoy when we work with lawyers down the street, I also enjoy when we expand to people who aren’t lawyers themselves—as is the case with CPA Brian Sullivan and his blog, What’s Cooking in Food & Beverage. While he isn’t a lawyer, he is an expert witness, and aims to share analysis of food and beverage logistics and supply chain valuations.
