So, in the title of this post, those are two separate blog subjects. Now, if they were one that’d be pretty wild—but I think they’re pretty cool on their own. So who are they from? Let’s look.

  • First up, we have the fourth publication on the LexBlog Network from Jones Walker, as they really get rolling on a full blog network of they own. That blog is Gulf State Gaming Law, as the team of authors there is already off and rolling covering subjects like the lottery, regulation done by various commissions and daily fantasy sports.
  • Now here’s a great niche if there ever was one: it’s the Clinical Robotics Law Journal from Mihai Vrasmasu, a partner in the Miami office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon. And this is going to be a fascinating blog to track as the area continues to progress—with items like the security of such devices, the procedures they’re okay being used for and the continued adoption all being interesting items for discussion.
