The largest law firm blog network continues to grow and grow—that being Fox Rothschild’s, of course. They have two new additions, but that’s not all for us, as another Am Law 200 firm in Winstead also rolls out another blog.

  • Let’s start with them, actually. The Texas Fiduciary Litigator from Winstead joins our network this week, and that makes it four for their own network. Authored by attorneys David Johnson and Joseph Regan, the blog, in their own words,  “provides important legal news, updates on recently decided and pending case precedent, and commentary to directors, officers, managers, in-house counsel, trust officers, and wealth advisors who work for financial institutions that serve in fiduciary roles, as well as attorneys and court personnel who provide legal services in the fiduciary area.”
  • Now, we have two publications joining the LexBlog Network from Fox Rothschild—which, as mentioned, has the largest blog network from a law firm. The first up is the cleverly-titled Are We There Yet?, a transportation law blog. Transportation is a fascinating area to watch right now, and this blog aims to cover some of its most interesting subjects—from autonomous cars to dealership law to transportation logistics.
  • The second of two blogs may actually touch on some of the subjects the other covers, with that second publication launched this week being the International Trade Law Blog. With the Trans-Pacific Partnership all over the news lately, this’ll be a blog to watch, for continued coverage of that and many other subjects.
