Competition, Wills and Non-Competes: New Blogs Joining the LexBlog Network
October 16, 2015
It’’s been a great couple days down in San Francisco at the Legal Marketing Technology Conference West. The best part, as always, being the opportunity to see the people we work with face to face. But, as I get back into the routine, it’s nice to more and more people roll out their publications on the LexBlog Network.
- First up, with the title of this post, you probably think there’s some redundancy but non-competes and competition are not the same, as Kelley Drye will show you with their most recent blog, On Competition Law & Economics. This publication, which makes it an even 10 for the firm, provides commentary on legal trends and business issues in the field of antitrust law.
- Now, this is a little bit of a different thing, but it does happen: we’re excited to have Karen Meckstroth‘s Bay Area Wills, Trusts & Probate Report rejoin the LexBlog Network after a short time away. An estate planning attorney at Hoge Fenton Jones & Appel, Meckstroth writes on all the issues associated with estate planning, from tax issues to family dynamics to wills and trusts.
- And then this week, as the title gives away, we do have a blog on non-competes this week: it’s the Non-Compete Law Blog from Nutter. Joining their IP Law Bulletin, which joined the LexBlog Network in July, this is the firm’s second blog with us. They’re already off to a great start on this one, with—among other stuff—good insight on non-competition law there in the firm’s home state of Massachusetts.
