Financial Services and Broker-Dealer Law: New Blogs Joining the LexBlog Network
April 24, 2015
Maybe I’m being redundant with the title here. As you can see, we have two finance-related blogs joining the LexBlog Network this week, and it’s exciting that each are from firms we’ve watched grow out their blog networks. So without further adieu, let’s get to it.
- First up, we have Financial Services Perspectives from Am Law 200 firm Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, which makes it two from them on the LexBlog Network. Intended to offer insight for professionals who work in the financial services industry, ther blog aims to cover regulatory, compliance and litigation developments.
- Also joining the financial law community on the LexBlog Network, we have the Broker-Dealer Law Corner from Ulmer Berne. Attorney Alan Wolper led the creation of this blog, and he says in his introductory post that the reason for doing so was that “rarely does a day go by without some action by a securities regulator that causes me to whine and complain endlessly about a crazy rule or the manner in which it has been applied to [his] clients,” so he decided to take those critiques and turn them into writing.
