Whistleblowers, eDiscovery, and Summer Associates: New blogs joining the LexBlog Network

March 13, 2015

As this week winds down (and we celebrate our second month with a Friday the 13th in a row) and baseball season winds up, be sure to check out the latest publications joining the LexBlog network this week. We’ve got some great blogs launching, so let’s jump right in.

  • With all the increased scrutiny around corporate practices (from both the public and the government) Crowell & Moring‘s newest blog Whistleblower Watch is more relevant than ever. They promise comprehensive reports and analysis of developments in whistleblower law, and we’re excited to have them on our network.
  • Greenberg Traurig‘s 15th blog with LexBlog, The Summer Associate Highway, gives an inside look at GT’s summer associate program for their recruits, as well as those outside their firm living the same experiences. It will be an invaluable resource for any summer associates looking for blogs and insight about their situation.
  • Of course as technology grows ever-present in our lives lawyers will need blogs to help guide their work with it. Look no further than Farrell Fritz‘s appropriately titled All About eDiscovery. Be sure to follow them for all the latest tips, thoughts, and best practices regarding metadata and beyond.
