Trade Secrets, Intellectual Property, RLUIPA and Recovery Recipes: New Blogs Joining the LexBlog Network
February 27, 2015
The week closes down, as it always does, with our look back at the new publications joining the LexBlog Network over the past week. We have some interesting projects and subjects in this bunch.
- Batting leadoff in our look back, we have The Trade Secret Litigator from Ohio-based attorney attorney John Marsh at Hahn Loeser. Marsh, who has represented clients in a wide range of trade secret and IP disputes, has been writing this blog for closing in on four years now, and we’re excited to have it join our network.
- Next up, we have a really cool project that we and the group we’re working with is excited about, and that’s the ILN IP Insider, which is from the International Lawyers Network‘s Intellectual Property Group. For those who don’t know, ILN is a leading association of 91 high-quality, full-service independent law firms—so it’s really cool to see them bring together insight from IP lawyers all over the world.
- Now here’s a publication that’s really driving down on a niche (always a good idea): that’s the RLUIPA Defense blog from Robinson+Cole. For those who don’t know, the RLUIPA is the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act, so this aims to tackle a wide range of trends, rulings and other news impacting the space.
- And last, but not least, we have a new publication from one of our very best non-law partners in the Malibu Beach Recovery Center. This one looks like it may have use beyond its original intention, and it’s the Malibu Beach Recovery Cookbook Blog, which aims to offer up quick and tasty recipes to help break the cycle of alcoholism and addiction.
