School Law and Cross-Border Business: New Blogs on the LexBlog Network

Time to wind down at LexBlog HQ before heading off into the long weekend—and a very big one here in Seattle for football fans. But before we do, let’s look at the new blogs joining the LexBlog Network.

• For the second time in two months, Garvey Schubert Barer—a firm that, as we’ve mentioned, is mere blocks from us—is launching a blog on the LexBlog Network. Where last time it was on marijuana business, this time it’s the Cross Border Business Blog. Now, don’t confuse the two—or you’ll end up in a lot of trouble. 
• Up second, we have School Law from Connecticut law firm Shipman & Goodwin. Now, you’ve seen that law firm’s name a lot on RLHB, as that’s where employment law guru Daniel Schwartz works, but we’re excited to have the firm as a whole officially join the LexBlog Network. With this blog examining legal issues affecting schools at all levels, and education growing an increasingly larger national priority, this blog’s worth keeping an eye on.
