The ITC, eHealth and Data Protection: New Blogs Joining the LexBlog Network
December 19, 2014
We start our wind-down for the week the same way we always do, with a look back at the blogs joinig the LexBlog Network this week. Among the bunch this week, we have publications from not only some of the top law firms in the world, but firms who have shown they can crush it when it comes to blogging.
- We start things off in this post with a firm that always does a great job taking complex subjects and writing them up in a way that everyone can understand; that’s Covington & Burling, and the latest blog from them is Covington eHealth. We’ve seen an explosion in commentary in this space lately—one covering digital health, telemedicine and health IT—and I really look forward to seeing how they tackle the subject.
- There’s no slowing down the growth of Norton Rose Fulbright‘s blog network as it expanded again this week, now to twelve with the launch of the Data Protection Report. I’m excited about this one because, while I do particularly like privacy blogs, I know the attorneys here—Boris Segalis and David Navetta—are adept in covering the subject, as I’ve seen them do it well on another LexBlog Network blog with a different firm.
- Last, but not least, it’s another premier law firm growing out its array of publications, as MoFo@ITC is Morrison Foerster‘s sixth on the LexBlog Network. In their own words, this publication “reports on the latest news, legal developments, trends, and statistics related to Section 337 patent infringement investigations at the International Trade Commission.”
