Hershey is all over infringement of their intellectual propierty lately. First, it was knocck marijuana edibles, and now it’s Maryland Senator’s campaign logo. Both are covered in today’s Top 10. Also, on LXBN, Anna writes on a another IP kerfuffle in the food industry, this one involving Chobani.
