Marijuana Business Law, Law Firm Leadership and Strategy, and a Website: New Blogs Joining the LexBlog Network
April 11, 2014
It was a good week here at LexBlog HQ—it always is when we launch a website and add a new subject to the LexBlog Network. So let’s round things up before we head into the week: two blogs and a website is the total.
- Dan Harris of Harris Moure has long authored publication, in the China Law Blog, that’s not only one of the best on the LexBlog Network, but is one of the best law blogs out there—period. Now his firm—or, more accurately, its Canna Law Group—is launching our network’s first blog devoted to marijuana law. The publication, authored by attorney Hilary Bricken, will focus exclusively around the rules and regulations impacting the businesses in the marijuana industry.
- Seyfarth Shaw grows their network of publications all the way out to 15 with the launch of their latest, Seytlines. This blog, from SeyfarthLean Consulting LLC, is different from all the rest as it doesn’t actually focus on law. No, instead, in their words it is “a resource for lawyers, consultants, vendors, academics and journalists seeking discussion and updates on leadership, change, efficiency, strategy and innovation in the legal industry.”
- Lastly, as we mentioned, we have a website to announce too. These are always fun to announce because they turn out so well, and the site for tax law firm Huff Wilkes LLP. This isn’t the first work we’ve done with them either, of course, as they also have the excellent Property Tax Monitor.
