It has been said that it’s more important who you are, not what you do. For example, people end up being good parents not because they own and read parenting books—but just because they’re the type of people to consider buying them in the first place. I feel like it’s the same, a bit, with Dan Schwartz. Yes, he’s a great blogger—but he seems to look at almost everything through the lens of employment law, and that’s really where it starts.
