Being honest, I haven’t seen the level of commentary surrounding the NSA’s PRISM program on the LexBlog Network as I would’ve liked. Yes, there’s been some for sure, but not as much from large law firms as I’d hoped. Running in stark contrast to that is Dana Frix and the team at Chadbourne and Parke.
