Another Week Down, Another Couple AmLaw 200 Firms Grow Their Networks of Blogs
August 16, 2013
As we wind down the week on a beautiful Seattle day that reminds us that summer is not quite over yet, let’s look again at the blogs joining our ranks. This week, it’s two LexBlog Network heavyweights in Sheppard Mullin and Foley Lardner, as one covers an area that’s very focused and the latter a subject that’s a bit more broad.
- Without a doubt, Foley & Lardner has some of the best intellectual property blogs on the LexBlog Network—and that was true before they launched their IP Litigation Current. Where other publications the bleeding edge of IP law in personalized medicine, and then the complex issues of the pharmaceutical industry, this blog covers litigation in general but based on what I’m seeing so far you should expect the same intensive level of analysis.
- Sheppard Mullin‘s network of LexBlog Network publications grows to an even 30 with the launch of their Hospice Law Blog. The publication is intended for health care providers as it provides timely news, insights, legal analysis and resources on hospice reimbursement issues. The blog’s editor is Brian Daucher, who has counseled clients on all aspects of hospice law and successfully challenged the validity of Federal hospice cap regulation.
