Honestly, I don’t get it. There’s been this fight going on seemingly forever over whether or not the NLRB can require employers to hang a poster informing unionized employees about their rights under the National Labor Relations Act. Do people look at these? Does it cause problems? Does they not have the space? Can employees not check a website? The whole fight makes no sense to me, and it’s back again today.
