New blogs joining the LexBlog Network for the week of 4/1-4/5
April 5, 2013
This week’s as good a week as any to join the LexBlog Network as we have four new publication join the fray. We have three from firms already blogging and one from a firm just getting started (always great to see).
- DLA Piper continues to add to its already impressive group of publications as The Labor Dish joins the LexBlog Network this week. The blog is edited by Amy Beckstead, Terence Smith, Kevin Connelly, who are partners of the firm’s Labor and Employment practice. You can find this blog, of course, on the Employment & Labor section of LXBN.
- As many firms add to their existing LXBN blogs, Fasken Martineau launches their very first in the form of Timely Disclosure, a publication on corporate finance and M&A law. In their own words, “Timely Disclosure strives to provide global market participants and intermediaries with timely news and commentary on recent rulings and current and developing trends.” You can find this blog on the Financial and Corporate & Commercial sections of LXBN.
- Austin, Nashville and Birmingham law firm Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis launches their third LexBlog Network publication in the form of the Waller TIPS. This blog covers a wide variety of IP issues, from traditional intellectual property (copyrights, patents and trademarks) to more nuanced areas of law including media, technology, franchising, e-commerce, entertainment and advertising. This blog’s insight will be curated onto the Intellectual Property section of LXBN.
- Quarles & Brady is the third law firm—and the second in the AmLaw 200—adding to their LXBN blogs this week as they debut DEA Chronicles, covering compliance issues with the Drug Enforcement Administration. Topics covered on this blog include compliance (of course), drug policy, due diligence enforcement actions and suspicious order reports. We’ll keep an eye on this one but for now LXBN’s Food, Drug and Agriculture section seems to fit quite well.
