The blog covers topics that include general employment law, employment discrimination, general nevada business law and litigation before the Nevada Supreme Court. Though the blog’s commentary will undoubtedly appear on other pages as well, this blog will be listed on the Corporate & Commercial section of LXBN.
• IP Insights is published by North Carolina attorney Kathleen Lynch, as she brings more than two decades of experience to bear in writing on subjects that include IP management, patent prosecution and trade secrets. The blog already has a good deal of strong content and you’ll see more of it curated onto the Intellectual Property section on LXBN.
