New blogs joining the LexBlog Network for the week of 1/28-2/1

February 1, 2013

Coming to you from 30,000 feet and somewhere between Los Angeles and Seattle, “on the way” back from LegalTech, let’s look at the new additions to LexBlog Network this week. We have two excellent publications and a website to debut.

  • The Conduct of an Appeal is the fourth blog on the LexBlog Network from Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt, one of Canada’s largest and most-esteemed law firms. The blog provides readers with analysis on recent developments in Canadian appellate law and practice. The blog’s commentary will be curated onto the Appellate and International sections of LXBN.
  • In the firm’s own words, “ERISA Exchange is a forum for discussing emerging issues associated with the laws, regulations, and cases that govern executive compensation and employee benefits.” That firm mentioned is Waller, as this blog is their second on the LexBlog Network. The blog’s commentary will join the thriving Employment & Labor community on LXBN.
  • It isn’t all too often that we do websites, but when we do, I have to say—they turn out quite well. Losing is Never Cost Effective is the site for the Davis Wright Tremaine Complex Litigation Group, led by attorney Henry J. Tashman. For eight years, Tashman worked in-house at a major studio before bringing his talents to bear in working with the most prestigious law firms throughout the country on hundreds of cases.
