New blogs joining the LexBlog Network for the week of 10/29-11/2

November 2, 2012

Another autumn week zips by and another four publications join the LexBlog Network. We have three firms growing their network of blogs while another is just beginning. Good stuff all around.

  • The Non-Compete & Trade Secrets Report is the twelfth publication on the LexBlog Network from AmLaw 200 firm Jackson Lewis. Minneapolis lawyer V. John Ella serves as editor on the blog, which highlights legal developments regarding protection against unfair competition and theft of confidential business information. The blog will appear on the Corporate & Commercial section of LXBN.
  • Adding to to LXBN’s most-thriving area of law, we have the Employment Law Post from Maynard Cooper & Gale. The blogs coverage is replete with your employment law acronyms, covering topics that include the ADA, EEOC, NLRB and FLSA. This, the firm’s second blog on the LexBlog Network, will appear on the Employment & Labor section of LXBN.
  • Case in Point is the second blog on the LexBlog Network from premier Canadian law firm Hicks Morley. As the title doesn’t give it away, this is a blog on human resources law, covering topics that include administrative law, education law, constitutional law, labour relations, pensions and civil procedure. This will be another one to add to the Employment & Labor section of LXBN.
  • As others add to their network of blogs, Mayer Brown launches their very first on the LexBlog Network in the form of the Class Defense Blog. Attorneys Archis A. Parasharami and Kevin Ranlett serve as editors on the blog, which covers cutting edge issues in  class action law and policy. You can find their commentary curated onto the Class Action & Mass Torts section of LXBN.
