New blogs joining the LexBlog Network for the week of 9/3-9/7

Though Labor Day has come and gone, supposedly marking the end of summer, the weather certainly says otherwise. As we wrap up the week, we have three new LXBN publications to take a look at.

• While the LexBlog Network publications don’t necessarily have boring names, there’s usually quite straightforward; and that makes Defending Atticus one of the best and more-creatively named blogs on the Network. This, the 39th blog on LXBN from Fox Rothschild, covers legal malpractice defense and avoidance.
• Following up on the firm’s excellent Defense Litigation Insider, we now also have the IP Playbook from Boston law firm Cooley Manion Jones. The publication is authored by the eight members of the firm’s IP Litigation Practice Group; they who aim to provide readers with “IP strategy from the perspective of trial lawyers.”
• The third publication to debut on the LexBlog Network this week is Structured Finance in Brief from AmLaw 200 firm Reed Smith. Written by the firm’s Structured Finance lawyers in London, the blog will offer up  updates and analysis on current structured finance issues that the industry is facing, their news on upcoming events and activities of their practice group.
