New blogs joining the LexBlog Network for the week of 8/5-8/10

Over the last year we’ve seen an abundance of energy law blogs join the LexBlog Network, with a particular focus on the oil and gas industry. That trend continues this week as we have two such additions to LXBN over the past couple days.

• Covington & Burling continues to grow their outstanding network of publications with the addition of Inside Tech Media; joining Inside Privacy and Inside Political Law, it is the firm’s third blog on the LexBlog Network. The blog covers topics that include broadcasting and cable, cloud computing, mobile and telecommunications. You can find this blog’s commentary curated onto LXBN’s Technology and Communications, Media & Entertainment channels.
• Meanwhile, Stikeman Elliott has one of the larger blog networks among larger Canadian firms as they this week launch Canadian Mining Law. The blog covers the mining industry from just about every angle, from corporate finance to mergers and acquisitions to banking to the environmental issues at play. You can find this blog on the Energy section of LXBN, though I’m sure its posts will find their way onto others as well.
• Continuing on that energy law theme we also have Line of Sight: Pipeline Law in Focus from Lathrop & Gage‘s Charlene Wright. Her practice  focuses on regulatory matters and litigation arising from the construction and operation of natural gas, crude oil, refined products and gas liquids pipelines, and the blog’s content reflects that. You can find her insight curated onto LXBN’s Energy channel.
