• Looper Reed & McGraw continues to add to their impressive lineup of publications as Tilting the Scales, authored by attorneys Cleve Clinton and Jamie Ribman, is their fourth on the LexBlog Network. As this one seems to be a bit different than most, I’ll let them describe it: “The business law blog that shares common sense, practical insights and a little humor, all to help clarify those issues that often require a little legal help.”
• The authors of Davis Wright Tremaine’s Northwest Energy & Environmental Law Blog aren’t just lawyers—they’ve been scientists, engineers, and consultants, and have also worked in federal, state, and local government. On this publication, they cover topics that include the FERC, LNG, renewables and water law.
