New blogs joining the LexBlog Network for the week of 11/28-12/2

December 2, 2011

It’s been a great week here at LexBlog. And as we do at the end of every week, let’s look at the publications joining the LexBlog Network over the past few days. Also, a fun little project we put together today: if you’re interested in seeing the excellent ABA Blawg 100 curated as a publication, check out the ABA Blawg 100 channel on LXBN.

  • Portland law firm Kafoury & McDougal joins the LexBlog Network with the debut of their first blog, the Oregon Trial Advocate. Covering a blend of personal injury law and politics, this publication is authored by attorneys Greg Kafoury, Mark McDougal and Jason Kafoury. Already pushing out a wealth of great insight, the blog covers topics that include false arrests, timber trespass, sexual abuse and medical malpractice.
  • While one firm just gets rolling, another continues to grow its array of publications. The Nebraska Litigation & Trial Advisor is the fourth blog in six months to join the LexBlog Network from Omaha law firm Lamson, Dugan and Murray. Created to provides readers with commentary on legal issues important to Midwest businesses and their owners, the blog touches on topics that include appellate work, deposition preparation, various aspects of trials, voir dire and witness preparaion.
