It’s official: health care reform is headed to the Supreme Court. As Steve Delchin (who we spoke with about this on LXBN TV last month) remarks, the U.S. Supreme Court granted certiorari in three separate cases on appeal from the Eleventh Circuit on the constitutionality of the mandate requiring individuals to purchase health insurance.
