Not to hog the limelight but, once again, before we get to today’s roundup I want to point out a few pieces put together by LexBlog’s own today. First off, we have a special LXBN Roundtable on the terrible scandal at Penn State. Second, also on LXBN, we have an episode of LXBN TV with the Oil & Gas Law Brief’s Keith Hall discussing the EPA’s plan for its study on hydraulic fracturing. And last but not least, a great post by Lyda Hawes on her first year at LexBlog. Total posts on the LexBlog Network today: 142.
