New blogs joining the LexBlog Network for the week of 10/17-10/21

October 21, 2011

Friday afternoon is here and it’s time to depart out into another weekend that, hopefully, isn’t filled with too much rain. As it is the end of the week, it’s time to take a look at the pair of publications to make their debut on the LexBlog Network this week. Also, if you haven’t seen it, head over to LXBN and check out the latest episode of LXBN TV as I interview Steve Augustino on the impending FCC Open Internet (“Network Neutrality”) regulations going into effect next month.

  • The New York Family Law Voice is authored by Albie Myburgh of Myburgh Law, P.C. Drawing on expertise garnered in over a quarter-century career practicing family law—all of which began at a matrimonial law firm in South Africa—Myburgh writes on topics that include child support, child custody and divorce.
  • The second of the two publications to launch this week is the Midwest Business Law Journal, from a team of lawyers at Lamson, Dugan and Murray; this is their third publication on the LexBlog Network. The Omaha, Nebraska-based lawyers touch on all aspects of business law, including real esate, tax, estate and business success planning, banking and finance.
