New blogs joining The LexBlog Network for the week of 5/31-6/3

June 3, 2011

The short week comes to a close and despite only having four days to work with, we still managed to have three new publications join The LexBlog Network while a fourth gets re-launched. Have a great weekend, everyone.

  • The launch of Unfair Competition & Trade Secrets Counsel makes it an even ten publications on The LexBlog Network from Littler, an AmLaw 200 firm. Coming from the firm’s UCTS Practice Group, it will blog will tap into the team’s deep understanding of current laws, legislative initiatives and legal developments and their broad litigation experience—both prosecution and defense—in court and other tribunals.
  • Scott Schwartz of Cozen O’Connor is the Trademark Geek. Drawing on extensive experience as an intellectual property lawyer, along with serving as in-house counsel at Intel Corporation, Scott covers topics that include counterfeiting, copyright enforcement, infringement and the registration process.
  • A unique practice, The Pollution Lawyers are a team of four attorneys coming together from two different law firms who came together to represent families whose home or neighborhood is threatened with chemical contamination. On their publication, Pollution Law Watch, attorneys Shawn M. Collins, Edward J. Manzke, Norman B. Berger and Michael D. Hayes write about the things they’ve learned in the last 10 years as they’ve battled polluters, and sometimes government.

Also worth noting: This week also sees the relaunch of Ken Shighley‘s Atlanta Injury Law Blog. On this publication, you can expect a wide range of commentary from the Chambers Aholt & Rickard attorney on subjects that include product liability, brain injury, medical malpractice, automobile accidents and insurance law.
