New blogs joining The LexBlog Network for the week of 4/25-4/29
April 29, 2011
The final week in April concludes with a sunny afternoon in Seattle and four new publications joining The LexBlog Network. Amongts the group, we have two Midwestern firms debuting their first blogs: Flynn & Sullivan, P.C. and Taft Stettinius & Hollister. Have a great weekend, everyone.
- Canadian Class Actions Law is the eighth publication on The LexBlog Network from Stikeman Elliott, one of the premier law firms in Canada. As you can likely tell from the title, this publication will discuss class action developments in a wide range of areas, including competition, product liability, securities, franchise law, environmental and employment. Expect this to be an extremely valuable resource for Canadian employers and employees.
- Taft Stettinius & Hollister, whose 125 years of history have them established as one of the Midwest’s great law firms, gets rolling on The LexBlog Network with the debut of their first blog, Environmental Law Insight. Authored by a team of attorneys from Taft’s Environmental Practice, topics discussed on the blog range from hazardous waste and toxic torts to insurance and criminal defense.
- The Connecticut Labor & Employment Law Journal is the second publication on The LexBlog Network from the team at Berchem, Moses & Devlin. As labor and employment issues continually change and develop in the Constitution State, this blog aims to be a valuable tool to educate personnel managers, labor relations directors, CEO’s and other decision-makers regarding the most pressing national and local issues related to the labor and employment law.
- Bringing you opinion and updates on both insurance and personal injury law from the Hoosier State, we have the Indiana Insurance Coverage Law Blog by the team of attorneys at Flynn & Sullivan, P.C. Already off to a good start, topics covered thus far include dog bites and animal liability, auto liability coverage and workers’ compensation.
