Another day, another 147 posts added to The LexBlog Network. While I’ve heard about this issue before, Angelo Tartaro has an interesting post on a practice employed by the Marlyand Division of Corrections where job applicants are forced to provide their Facebook login credentials. Seems a bit excessive.
