New blogs joining The LexBlog Network for the week of 1/31-2/4
The first week of February sees three new publications join The LexBlog Network while Cordell Parvin’s blog, one of the absolute best resources on the Network for fellow attorneys, gets a fresh new look. Also, after adding South Africa last week, we’re excited to add Puerto Rico to The LexBlog Network this week.
- The Puerto Rico Legal Blog is authored by attorney Santiago Lampón of Puerto Rico Legal Solutions, LLP. Having authored a number of books explaining the basic fundamentals of Puerto Rico law for non-lawyers, expect this publication to be exceptional at offering insight in a straightforward and conversational manner.
- Intellectual property attorney Tonya Gisselberg serves as the editor and publisher of the Seattle Copyright Watch. A devoted follower of developments in trademark and copyright law, Tonya draws on experience working in large law and studying in the Intellectual Property Law and Policy Graduate Program at the University of Washington to offer insight on topics that include fair use, privacy law, the DMCA and, sometimes, dogs.
- Another blog in the realm of intellectual property law, we have PatentedTech from Jonathan Spivey and Jason Keener, attorneys in Foley & Lardner‘s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice. A very focused publication, this blog will hone in on providing insight on hardware and software patent litigation developments. This is Foley & Lardner’s seventh blog on The LexBlog Network.
Also worth noting: As mentioned above, Cordell Parvin‘s blog has seen some revamping. The Law Consulting Blog is now, simply, Cordell Parvin Blog. For those of you who are unfamiliar, Cordell is one of the foremost experts on career and client development for lawyers and law firms. This blog is an absolute must-read for any attorney looking to take the next step in their practice or any business development professional looking to educate the firm’s next generation of great lawyers.
