I know it’s all-too-frequent that I introduce these sections with a sentence along the lines of “wow, look how this technology is being used now.” Well, here’s another one. In an interesting post, and a development I haven’t seen before, David Gabay comments on how a judge has ruled that a father’s visitation via Skype is required as a condition of his ex-wife moving his two children to Florida.
