Anyone with any amount of experience on Facebook has come across their fair share of unnecessarily emotional status updates. Some days it gets a bit ridiculous. What did people do before they could broadcast dispirited song lyrics to hundreds of acquaintances? Well, now those status updates must be disclosed if that individual does end up alleging severe emotional trauma and harassment against their employer.
