It was quite a productive Monday as there were 137 posts on the LexBlog Network today. In one of the best, Staci Riordan takes a look at one of the more interesting subjects in fashion law: counterfeits. It’s amazing the effort and scheming that goes into creating and selling counterfeit handbags. Also amazing: almost half of people who buy counterfeits end up buying the real thing.
