Before moving onto the roundup, I want to point out something cool that happened to one of our bloggers. The Supreme Court of Washington Blog was recently mentioned in the campaign email of Justice Richard Sanders. It’s one thing when blogs are being cited by newspapers and media outlets, it’s another when they’re mentioned as credible sources by the subjects they cover.
