Anyone who has spent a decent amount of time walking the streets of a big city has likely seen more than a few individuals selling counterfeit goods that could include anything from handbags to sunglasses to watches. Reproducing and selling these trademarked goods is illegal, obviously. But what about recreating trademarked products in a virtual world?
