LexBlog Law Network Roundup – 9/24/09
September 24, 2009
The First Amendment has always been an interesting subject. At a majority of journalism schools, students take a class that’s almost entirely devoted to the subject. Yes, “freedom of speech” for everyone sounds easy enough but what if the message and means of spreading that message are so horrendous that something must be done? Well, that would be the Westboro Baptist Church. Jay O’Keeffe has a very interesting post today on legislating affecting the church. As always, just one of many good posts.
