LexBlog Law Network Roundup – 8/3/09
August 3, 2009
I really like today’s batch of posts, probably more than most days. First off, Chris Cheatham’s Green Building Law Update, which I remember helping launch last summer, turns one year old soon and he’s throwing a birthday party. Also, the Chair of the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry thinks his blog is a good read, so check it out. On top of that, Max Kennerly has analysis on an interesting copyright infringement (via MP3 sharing) case. Other topics covered: the downfall of newspapers and the controversial ‘Cash for Clunkers’ program. Enjoy.
