Live LexBlog blogs for the week of 5/19-5/23

We set a company record for blog launches this past week. Seven new projects debuted over a period of five days, covering a wide range of legal issues from maritime law to torts defense. Some were from small law offices with just a few attorneys; others are authored by firms with hundreds of lawyers and a global presence in the legal realm.
The blogs to go live between May 19 and 23 were:
- The Pennsylvania Labor & Employment Law Blog, a project spearheaded by the Labor & Employment practice group at McNees Wallace & Nurick. This employment law blog covers all things related to labor issues in the Quaker State.
- The Jones Act & Maritime Lawyer Blog, an offshore injury law blog from the Houston lawyers & attorneys at Arnold & Itkin.
- Health Industry Washington Watch, from the AmLaw 200 firm Reed Smith. Authored by Falls Church attorney Debra A. McCurdy, this health care law blog deals with legislative and regulatory developments impacting the life sciences sector.
- Renewable + Law, a sustainability law blog focusing on renewable energy/climate policy matters and authored by the lawyers & attorneys at Stoel Rives.
- The Texas Bankruptcy Law Blog, a consumer bankruptcy blog and the second LexBlog project from the Dallas-based firm Fears Nachawati.
- The Arizona Personal Injury and Insurance Bad Faith Blog, a personal injury/insurance law blog authored by Phoenix attorney Angelo Patane.
- The Mass Tort Defense Blog, from Philadelphia lawyer Sean Wajert of Dechert LLP. Sean’s torts law blog focuses on defending companies engaged in product liability and class action lawsuits.
That’s it for this week…check back next Friday to see what else we’ve got in the pipeline.
