We’re looking for a recent college graduate who loves all things Internet, blogs, and social networking to join us as our new Client Services Associate. A passion to learn is more important than experience.

A successful candidate will have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you will be communicating with LexBlog’s professional services clients daily.
• Strong working understanding of all things Internet, blogging, and social networking and a willingness to become an expert; you will be learning and teaching blogging and the effective use of social media.
• Very strong organization skills; LexBlog clients and team members will rely on you delivering day in and day out.
• Passion for excellence in customer service; The heart of LexBlog’s product offering lies in training and support and the leading source of new clients is the success of existing clients in the use of LexBlog’s offering.
• Passion for achieving more, both personally and professionally; LexBlog’s employees are on their way to doing something extraordinary.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing daily support to clients on issues and inquiries.
• Coordinating and participating in client training presentations.
• Formulating training and support strategy on client services matters.
• Communicating with clients on issues ranging from effective blogging to blog design and development matters to marketing through social media.
• Preparing visual and written presentations for client direction and support.
• Coordinating transfer of clients from client development and project management teams to client services group.
