Talk of the LexBlogosphere: August 19, 2007
August 19, 2007
It is raining in Seattle today, which is a pretty good indicator that for all intents and purposes, the summer has finally come to an end. LexBlog staff member Colin O’Keefe would probably agree: Colin, a student at the University of Montana in Missoula, left the Emerald City yesterday to return to school, where the start of Fall classes is just around the corner. Strangely, folks like me who attend Seattle University still have more than a month of vacation – despite the fact that, as today’s weather indicates, summer is quickly becoming a fading memory.
Today in the LexBlogosphere:
- In the American Constitution Society’s ACSBlog, representatives from the progressive legal organization comment on the recent scandal over not-so-anonymous Wikipedia edits.
- Have you ever wondered how parties engaged in family law disputes should behave in the courtroom? Shannon Cavers has got the basics covered in her Houston Divorce & Family Law Attorney Blog.
- TJX Companies is facing identity theft costs of approximately $256 million, says Total Bankruptcy’s blogging attorneys in their Bankruptcy Blog.
