It’s a brand new year at LexBlog – exciting news

This year marks LexBlog’s ten-year anniversary and we’re looking to make it one for the history books. We listened to feedback from clients and worked hard in 2013 to make great things happen in 2014.

This afternoon, Kevin McKeown, LexBlog’s President, sent an email to our clients, including the over 8,000 blog authors on our network, that I wanted to share with you.

The highlights:

Account Management

As of today, you have a dedicated account manager to help you with your blog and online presence. Your expert account manager will:

• Assist with any technical questions or support you need
• Be available for advice throughout the lifecycle of your blog
• Manage launching your new blogs or platform upgrades
• Update you on tools, enhancements and product changes

Your account manager will reach out via email during the next week to introduce themselves. In the meantime, check out our team on the new lexblog.com.

More Training and Resources

You may have already seen the first couple issues of our Spark e-newsletter — this monthly publication offers tips for blogging better and provides updates on what’s happening at LexBlog and the social media universe.

We are also hosting bi-monthly webinars for clients only to help you expand your presence and blog better. Watch for your invite or sign up for the next one on February 26. More training resources are on the way for 2014.

LXBN

We’re excited about the explosion of lxbn.com as a resource for all LexBlog clients and legal professionals. With thousands of daily visitors and more than 60,000 legal blog posts live on the site and growing, you’re getting more exposure than ever. The site now also features trending topics, video interviews and original editorial content. We have big plans for LXBN in the coming year.

Technical Upgrades

Starting with a move to new servers late last year, we are powered up and providing top-level technical performance, with more than 99 percent uptime. This upgrade also makes it possible for additional Site Boosts, which we’ll be offering to enhance your blogs in the coming year. Keep an eye out for more information on this.
