I always find it interesting, and refreshing, when I hear about the government's desire to advance the level of technology on a nationwide scale. Today, the FCC released its National Broadband Plan to Congress and David Oxenford of Broadcast Law Blog has some great insight on the subject. Total posts on the LexBlog Network today: 119.
