- Looking to provide a good resource for lawyers in the energy field, the Obsidian Energy Company has launched The Oil and Gas Evaluation Report. On the blog they aim to discuss current issues and developments pertaining to oil and gas evaluations for both the non-industry and industry professional.
- AmLaw 200 firm Foley & Lardner launched their great-looking Nano & Cleantech Blog, with Dr. J. Steven Rutt —a Partner and the Vice-Chairman of the firm's Nanotechnology Industry Team—serving as the blog's editor.
- Boasting a very sharp design, Construction Law Today is published by Chicago lawyer Joshua Glazov, who aptly describes the publication as "a legal blog about construction contracts, disputes, finance, and the people whose job it is to deal with them."
