Let me say that the buzz in the local PI community is exactly as John says it is: His blog is used as a resource by others, including me.

He's done a tremendous job with it.

Well, that's a nice comment from Eric Turkewitz, especially considering that his New York Personal Injury Law Blog was the "original" and that he so generously taught me a lot about how to blog and how to do so in a classy manner.

Upon reading your interview with Lisa, I was reminded of when your blog was in development and we spent several hours on the phone discussing blogging techniques and tips.

The proof is in pudding. Your content raises the level of PI blogging to whole new atmosphere and we're all proud of the quality of content you produce.

When new bloggers ask us for top-notch bloggers, particularly ones writing about personal injury, I never hesitate to show them your blog.

New York Injury Cases Blog really is a tremendous resource and I'm delighted to read about all the wonderful things that have happened since you started blogging.

Fine intereview, fine blog. When I began reading John's site ( after being introduced by his wonderful blawg review), I couldn't have told whether he practiced for plaintiffs or the defense. I suspect John has strong feelings for "his" side, but admire the objectivity he brings to his blog. As with Eric Turkewitz's site, I've never gotten a hint of disdain for the "other" side, or that as a defense attorney I shouldn't be reading it.

I'll bet the site's an effective marketing tool, because it doesn't read as marketing. It's just an informative well-written blog.

yes, this is a great interview. also This is a smart blog. I mean it. You have so much knowledge about this issue, and so much passion. You also know how to make people rally behind it, obviously from the responses. Youve got a design here thats not too flashy, but makes a statement as big as what youre saying. Great job, indeed.
