There are few things in life funnier than ridiculous lawsuits. A six-year-old child ruining his parents' hoax on live television may be one, but ridiculous lawsuits are still great. Rachel Rubin of AdLaw By Request has the story of a serial cereal litigant—wait for it, not a typo—who has filed lawsuits against the makers of Froot Loops and Cap'N Crunch with Crunchberries because he was supposedly under the impression that both cereals were actually healthy.
