It is interesting the timing of that commercial--during our last big recession. I'm sure the focus was going back to the customer then, too. Well done--some good thoughts.

I remember the old Kevin calls! Especially the one that began -- "you're posting about Guantanamo and elevator speeches on a blog that says it's about negotiation, Vickie. What's up?" 90 minutes later, I was in the groove and SO thankful for Kevin's penchant to pick up the phone and help his clients that I launched another blog with him before the week was out!
