<description><![CDATA[<p>Very accurate depiction.  I think when you start to characterize the blog as a tool, rather than just "a blog", it becomes just another way to communicate.  Besides, if the lawfirm doesn't like the blog, it can ask the employee to shut it down.  That seems a more sensible approach than not letting it off the ground in the workplace. </p>]]></description>
