Appeared on this WEEK in LAW with Denise Howell

this week in law twilBlogger and podcaster liability was the subject of this WEEK in LAW with Denise Howell. It was a pleasure to be a guest with Karl Susman, who offers blog insurance from his agency, Debbie Weil, a corporate blogging and social media expert, and Victor Cajiao, a podcasting veteran.

May be worth a listen as we covered a range of issues including defamation, insurance coverage for bloggers, anonymity, corporate blogging, and blogging policies.

You may download a MP3 file which has been edited down to 21 minutes.

Hi Kevin,

The show is actually 1 hour, 21 minutes long, there's a typo on the episode page. Thanks for catching it, having it fixed. You made me do a double take there! (Since I almost never manage to do a show that's less than an hour long, let alone 30 minutes...)

I was interested in obtaining coverage for my forum. Based upon the information in this show, I tried on multiple occasions to contact Karl Susman to no avail. Interestingly, Mr. Susman was reluctant to identify the insurance company with whom he works on this podcast. All points seem to indicate that Mr. susman doesn't really have a legitimate product to sell.

Great podcast Denise, but thought you'd like to know that folks like me use your podcast as a business resource. As a business resource, Mr. Susman falls flat.

Thought you'd like to know.

Jeff
